Wuist ma raid ta ana ha... hehehe. Maypa open source software inyo tun-an para walay sabit.Try The GIMP or something equivalent. For animated gifs, there are tools out there that make it easy if you don't have the time or don't like poking under the hood of the GIMP.

http://bucarotechelp.com/design/graphics/97021110.asp is one such program. You can compose your frames in whatever software you want and then animate them with this. Of course it's easier with PS, but then again, who wants to spend close to a thousand bucks to legally create a nice sig, right?
